The first time I saw a TRX Suspension Trainer was when CEO Randy Hetrick (Mover & Shaker par excellence) premiered the product at IDEA World 2004. Jeff and I were premiering GPS Adventure Training and we immediately appreciated how the TRX could complement our orienteering style outdoor adventures. Randy was receptive and put me together with Fraser Quelch, another Mover and Shaker, to brainstorm about how to make that happen. Later, as TRX grew and began to assemble its first team of experienced course instructors, I was recruited and the rest is “history”. I’ve presented hundreds of suspension training courses all over the world. I’m honored to have gotten in on the ground floor with TRX and have a small role in the company’s rise in the industry. If I could only have one piece of exercise equipment, it would be a TRX suspension trainer. Period! I continue to be amazed at the versatility of this product and the commitment to excellence exemplified by every member of the company.
