  • Multi-planar, total body workouts 20 minutes or less. Target the major muscle groups in all three planes of motion. Perform each exercise for 30 sec. Unilateral exercises are 30 sec per side. Keep transitions short & sweet, too, and five complete rounds should take no more than 20 minutes. Enjoy!
