My grilled tequila-lime chicken chili has always been a family and client favorite. You really get to enjoy two recipes in one here that can easily stand alone: tequila-lime chicken and a delicious white chili.
This is a recipe I featured during one of my live shows in Vegas. We did a week of parents and kids cooking together, as we explored what proper human nutrition looks like through the eyes of a young person.

This soup is so velvety, it’s hard to believe the recipe doesn’t call for cream. It can be served as a fabulous appetizer, served in a chic shot glass (as pictured) or as the main course, great with a toasted sandwich. No winter blues with this on the stove. We say winter is golden!
